This website was designed by TechGraphics, an IT consulting company in Greenville, South Carolina that specializes in Macintosh and integrated Mac-Windows IT services for small businesses.

A note about weddings

When you first work with Pete Martin Studios’ Art in Light Wedding Photography, you will fill out the Art in Light Photography Reservation Form. A further contract, including the terms below as well as additional terms, may then be provided. The Reservation Form reserves your wedding date. To reserve your date, we require a date reservation fee, which is nonrefundable.

Here’s some details about our agreement, or contract, but this is not our full contract. The full contract is provided upon reservation. 

Agreements, or contracts are between TechGraphics LLC dba Pete Martin Studios, and the client(s) named on the agreement, for wedding photography services as selected.

Copyrights: While copyrights remain with Art In Light Wedding Photography, the bride and groom (client) are given all images on digital media and are granted full rights to print images as desired. Commercial use must be approved in writing. Liability is limited to the amount(s) paid by the customer to TechGraphics LLC dba Pete Martin Studios. In no event is TechGraphics LLC dba Pete Martin Studios or any team members liable for amounts beyond that paid for services.

Date reservations: A nonrefundable date-reservation fee is charged. This reserves your desired date; nothing less, nothing more.

Payment: Payment terms for wedding services is negotiable. However, payments must be received in full 14 days prior to the wedding. If payments are not received prior to the wedding, photography services will not be rendered.

Promotion: Photos may be included in TechGraphics LLC dba Pete Martin Studios and affiliated companies’ promotional material or displayed at wedding shows unless otherwise agreed in writing. Signing the TechGraphics LLC dba Pete Martin Studios’ Art in Light Wedding Photography contract means the client accepts and agrees with all the above terms.
